Lovely Inside and Out for CTS#224

So I have to admit, I ordered the Lovely Inside and Out Bundle (stamp set and dies) because I loved the dies. I’ve used them already in many projects over the last month.  But until today, I hadn’t used the stamp set.  I kept looking at it and thinking what in the heck am I going to do with this.  Well today I solved that problem.

I was looking at those stamps again and realized that one looked like petals of a flower and one looked like the center of a sunflower.  Ok, now we’re talking.  And, it worked with a sketch challenge from CAS (E) this Sketch .  A two for one.  Woo Hoo.

I stamped all the black first.  The two flower centers, and Hugs sentiment.  Then with daffodil delight I stamped the petals all the way around each.

For the remainder of the sentiment – For You – I will admit I tried to use the For from one of the stamps included in the set and You for the other and stamp them directly onto the card front but it didn’t look the way I wanted it to.  It wasn’t very tidy.  Now if I hadn’t told you that you never would have realized that there was stamping underneath those Labeler Alphabet letters.  I pulled out the ones I wanted and stamped them then paper sniped them out.  I attached them with a glue dot for each.  Problem solved, and covered up. A paper crafters dream come true.

Thanks for stopping by.
