I will admit, I am not a scrapbooker. I’ve done scrapbooking in the past, and honestly didn’t care for it. And even with the Project Life products sold by Stampin Up, I still didn’t jump on the scrapbook bandwagon. It just isn’t for me, and that’s ok. But I do love making cards and I do like the card making I can do with the new Memories and More (it’s the More part, see?) that anyone can do with the products from Stampin’ UP!
As a Demonstrator I was able to pre-order some select products and one that I chose was this card pack. It coordinates with the Color Theory 6×6 paper stack that I had also purchased. But to be honest, I didn’t pull it out until just the other day when I remembered that I had it and that it was supposed to be great for card making as well as memory keeping. Here are two quick samples I worked up in just a few mins. Each sample was created by selecting one card as the focus, one card as an accent and a piece of color theory DSP for the backgroundBoth utilize some of the cool stickers included in the card pack and some coordinating ribbon or twine. Ribbon is such an affordable way to add special touches to your projects. Oodles and oodles of ribbon are included on each spool and with an average price of $7.00 for 10 yards ( 30 feet, or 360 inches) that’s a lot of card fronts you can embellish.
Thanks for stopping by today
Happy Stamping
