Coffee Time

I love collections of things.  Baskets, flowers, paintings, Cards…well of course cards.  Card collections are fun to make and can be used for gifts, or just sharing with those who need one or deserve to receive one.  With a card collection, you have to have something to store/display them in.  Today’s post is about a card collection I made using the Coffee Cafe suite of products and some display boxes to put them in.  My co workers each received a thank you card recently, just for being a great group of people. That, and we all love Starbucks and go there at least twice a week.  : )

THE PARTICULARS

Make three card holders.  Template below.

Fully cut ready to assemble.

Make three of these for the back of the box

Fully cut, ready to add to the back of the box.

Tray bottom

Fold in flaps to make shallow tray

Cover the boxes with DSP cut 1/4 inch smaller than the panel and fill them with beautiful cards.

THE CARDS

I created 10 cards all with the same basic supplies.  A standard 4.25 x 11 or 5.5 x 8.5 card base. A piece of DSP cut to 3.75 x 5 and on most, a piece of coordinating Card Stock cut to 4 x 5.25.

One of the coffee cups from the framelits (small or large)  or just stamped on whisper white.

a banner piece of DSP.  These were left over pieces from cutting the larger pieces of DP.

I laid out all the card bases and started mixing and matching the patterns and pieces till I found what I liked.

Thank you for visiting today.

Happy Stamping
