Two For Tuesday Halloween Sneak Peek

October is just around the corner and that means Halloween.  Halloween treat bags, cards and decor.  Are you ready?  Halloween is now the second larges retail holiday in the US.  We just love ourselves some cute witches, bubbling cauldrons and black cats. My projects today are no exception.

So many elements in this card to enjoy, from the colors to the detailed images and dies.  I couldn’t have done it without my assortment of Stampin Blends.

First I stamped and colored the pretty witch twice, experimenting with color combinations.  Then I pulled out the Toil and Trouble Designer Series Paper. Two of the sheets are actually banners.  Here is half of that sheet cut into strips.

Stampin Up has again offered a Designer Series Paper where the dies will actually cut out not only the coordinating stamp set, but also images from the paper.

For this second card, I stamped the cauldron and colored it with blends.  The stamp I used to create the edge look is from Timeless Textures.  I colored some pearls with the Stampin Blends to coordinate with my two cards.

I die cut my second little witch to put on the inside of this card along with a strip of spiders.
