It is quite possible that you have not noticed a couple of products in the Occasions Catalog, specifically the Happiness Blooms Memories and More card pack and the coordinating card bases and envelopes. Talk about easy peasy.
The card bases are specifically made to fit any card in the card pack perfectly. I made these three with just a few additional products, like the vellum and the ribbon and dots, but everything else was included. Even the Smile sentiment is one of many stickers included in the card pack. 
This is such a great bargain. The card pack is only $10. I used the same card pack with my card club and tall 8 of them made two cards each, one big and one small. That is a lot of cards for $18.50. With another pack of envelopes I could easily make 20 more.
