This has been a busy week what with the Holiday Catalog going live. I also had my 1-year-old granddaughter with me for two days. I don’t get a whole lot else done when she is with me and I wouldn’t trade that time for anything. Today I have two more projects for you using the Most Wonderful Time Medley of products.
Card 1
For both of these cards, I focused on the available stickers in the medley. Candy canes, deer, stars, trees, and holly are all included. When I saw the candy canes they reminded me of a garland so I created a faux garland with the gold and white ribbon. Even though the candy canes are stickers, I lifted them up with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of the Designer Series Paper included in the Medley and embossed it with white embossing powder before cropping it with one of the dies included in the medley. The Old Olive background piece was cropped with a die from the Merry Christmas Die Set.
Card 2
I placed the stickers in a circle to represent a wreath. There are several sizes of holly branches to work with. I think the gold foil layer and the gold stars make a nice addition.
