In The Moment

What a super busy time of year this is. It is important to remember what to do to take care of yourself. I love the sentiment from this new stamp set, In the Moment. “Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is Relax” How true that is. The image of the woman looking out the window with a cup of tea, or coffee, is perfect for this sentiment.

I learned a new technique during a recent Stampin’ UP! virtual convention. After stamping the image using Memento Black Ink on Misty Moonlight cardstock, I colored in the image with my white Watercolor Pencil. (You can find the White pencil in Assortment 1 item #141709, $16.00) How easy yet how striking this looks.

The Designer Series Paper is new in the upcoming Jan-June mini catalog and is called Heart & Home. It coordinates with the Heart & Home Suite but I thought it was perfect for my In The Moment card. Catalogs will be going out in the mail from demonstrators in the coming days. if you have ordered from me in the last year I’ll be sending mine out this week.
