InKing Royalty Blog Hop

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s June Blog Hop! As we prepare for the July 4 holiday ahead, we are sharing projects that celebrate the Red, White & Blue. Not all projects will be patriotic, but you are certain to be inspired by all of them. After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

This is my nod to red white and blue. I love Pool Party along with a blue and red so my card today features Pool Party, Poppy Parade, and the new Starry Sky. Don’t you just love this combination?

Pieces and parts

I really love the Bottled Happiness bundle with the stamp set and punch and red poppy parade flowers look amazing with the pool party leaves. The Stamparatus makes lining up the images perfectly. Use the Vintage Bottle Shaker Domes to make a fun shaker card. These domes have adhesive built in so it is easy to adhere and fill them with the Effervescent Elements.

I created the bottom panel under the bottle by punching the bottle punch again in a large piece of blue Starry Sky as shown. Then I trimmed off the bottom of the bottle at one inch. Adhere it to the white panel with the bottle dome already inserted and trimmed off the sides.

There is a new sneak peek item on my card. Did you notice it? The white flower centers are actually made with a new product coming available in the upcoming July-Dec mini catalog called Pearlized enamel element. It is a liquid that comes in White, Red, and Black. I used the Black on a previous post you can see here. If you love to use pearls or other embellishments on your projects, this product will save you some money. Lots of ‘pearls’ can be created in this one bottle.
