Let’s Go Shopping

Before I get to my project today there is big news on Designer Series Paper. June 1 – 30 you can save 15% on select Design Series Paper stacks from the annual catalog and Online Exclusives. We all love paper, right? Why not get some for a little less!!

Ok, Now to my project of the day. I went all out using the Les Shoppes 12 x 12 DSP – and on sale starting June 1!!! – to create my slimline card. The shops from the paper easily lend themselves to a storefront sidewalk in a slimline profile.

Each of the shops was hand cut from the DSP. The middle shop was modified to fit on my card front by trimming the top portion. The lamp post and the bench were die-cut from Pebbled Path cardstock and the potted plants were hand cut from the DSP. I used a blending brush and some boho blue ink across the top of my card base.
