A Sweet Ice Cream Bundle Sneak Peek

I have a Sweet Ice Cream Birthday card and treat box to share today. These projects were made with the Sweet Ice Cream Stamp/Punch Bundle, another sneak peek from the upcoming Jan-Jun Mini Catalog.

Sweet Ice Cream

The Sweet Ice Cream Suite found on pages 48-49 of the new catalog has bright fun colors in the Designer series paper. I used several of these to make my Birthday card cased from fellow Demonstrator Rosemarie Gonzales at our recent OnStage Convention. Each popsicle was stamped twice with the same color. The fantastic shading is built right into the stamp design

The Sweet Ice Cream bundle comes with the ice cream builder punch. I used the designer series paper to punch out the ice cream and cone as well as to wrap around the treat slider box.

A few posts ago I shared the card I made with Many Messages stamp and die. This little box is currently on my desk holding all those ready to go messages.

This project is a faux shaker card. Shaker cards are super fun but a real pain to make. Rosemarie shared how to use a clear envelope (page 153 of the annual catalog – #102619 $6.00, 50 count). For my project, I cut a piece of Sweet Ice Cream DSP to 3-3/4 x 5 and slipped it inside the envelope. Fill with Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles then seal flap. Fold over the excess envelope to the back to make it tight and adhere with scotch tape. Add to the card front and decorate as desired. I’ll never make a standard style shaker card again.
