Box # 3 – Tulip Pinch Pot

Welcome to day three of Box month at the Owlery.  Today’s little box is so cute and unique and the best thing, it is made with the Envelope Punch Board.  Yup.  That’s right, the board you use all the time to make your perfect envelopes for all your cards, you can also use to create the cutest little box, just perfect for candy, I have Hershey Kisses in mine, or M&Ms, or my favorite, chocolate covered espresso beans – I have some of these handy at my day job desk at all times.  Again, many many thanks go to Sam Donald at Pootles.co.uk for the inspiration and instructions for today’s box.

From the top

From the side.  See how it pinches in?  Best part.  It uses only a 6×6 piece of paper.  You could four of these out of one sheet of DSP.

I used glue dots, a lot of them actually, to assemble this box but in class we are going to use the Fast Fuse tape from Stampin Up.  The glue dots worked great but I think the Fast Fuse will be easier for all the ladies.
