Endless Wishes Tag

Earlier this month I made some boxes using my Gift Box Punch Board (now on sale through Dec 2) using Brushed Gold paper. This paper is beautiful, with a shinny metallic gold sheen on both sides.  I tied the Boxes up with Gold Bakers Twine and realized I still needed a tag worthy of the box.  Good thing I have everything I needed to quickly make some tags.

Stampin UP Note tag punch AverysOwlery.comFirst I cut Very Vanilla to 2 inches and punched the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper. Stampin UP Note tag punch AverysOwlery.com I added some Watercolor Wonder gold washi tape to the bottom.  I used Cherry Cobbler paper cut to 4 inches and folded in half then punched it out with the Note Tag Punch being sure to NOT cut the folded edge.  I like how I can design the outside and put my To-From on the inside.

The final bit of creativity was using the Endless Wishes stamp set stamped with versamark on the Cherry Cobbler tag then heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder.  It really stands out on the red paper and looks great with the Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon to hold it on.

What do you think.  Are they worthy of the pretty box?  If you want to know what’s inside the box, see my previous post here.
