Another Holiday Sneak Peek

Today’s card is another one I started  while at convention in July then finished up here at home.  This card is so full of great new products from the Holiday catalog.   The holiday catalogs will be going out the middle of Aug and available for ordering Sept 1.   If you do not have a demonstrator and would like a catalog from me,  please contact me at my email address at the bottom of this post. 

Ok, is that Santa not the cutest.  Very retro.  Reminds me of wrapping paper from the 60’s when I was a kid.  All the paper  is from one of the new Designer Series Paper sets from the new 2015 Holiday Catalog called Home for Christmas.  This paper is designed to be reminiscent of days gone by and it certainly hits the mark.  It is also designed to be paper snipped which is exactly what I did with this Santa on the front and another on the inside.

I combined the sentiment on the front from a new Stamp set called Cozy Christmas, with a sentiment from the Santa’s Gifts stamp set found in the annual catalog.

For the background I used the Its Wild background stamp with versamark on whisper white then embossed it with clear embossing powder.  I used sponge daubers to color the paper in Soft Sky and Pool Party. Some other sneak peeks include that Very Vanilla 1 1/4 subtle stripes ribbon (you can color this ribbon too!!) and the Home or Christmas Designer buttons with Old Olive Bakers Twine.  Let’s just say, this Holiday catalog is the bomb and you are going to love all the kits included and the projects you can make.
