The Easter Lamb stamp is adorable but I managed to make it through the entire Lenten season without using it on an Easter Card. But no worries. This little lamb is great for more than just Easter. Today I used it to create some Welcome Baby cards for a friend. I was also able to use the Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge for inspiration.
I first used the circles dies to cut the center circle for the image from the Brights Daffodil Delight paper stack. Then I stamped the full image of the Easter Lamb on the card base. . The Happy Easter is still stamped, just covered up. I colored in the lamb with Daffodile Delight, Cucumber Crush, Blushing Bride and Basic Gray markers. I made one size smaller circle in Daffodil Delight card stock and layered it with the DSP. It’s smaller than the full image of the stamp but just the right size for the lamb.
Finishing touches with the Expressions Natural Elements. Congrats or Celebrate both would have worked well.

This is really cute! I like the way you used Daffodil to color the lamb.

Way to go Lynn! I must admit this little lamb is one of my all time favorites in the catalog and it is perfect for a baby card. I love the way you use the wooden accent. I totally forgot about them but once again thanks for the reminder! Way to go fun fun card!
