Today is my Dad’s birthday. He turns 80 today. What all he has seen in his lifetime is pretty amazing. Helicopters, color television, artificial hearts, hearing aids, LEDs, smoke detectors, the internet, DVRs, and of course computers the size of a phone. My card is a simple declaration of the best thing I think has been around for 80 years.
PICK YOUR STAMPS
Of course I had to use the Number of Years stamp and framelit set for this mile-marker birthday. I also used the scallop tag topper punch and the triple banner punch. The paper comes from Warmth and Cheer Designer Series paper stack. One side has Holiday type images. The other, just yummy warm patterns like the plaid I used here. I topped it off with some Mint Macaron and Black Bakers Twine.
