Heartfelt Sympathy

After the passing of my Dad, I received lots and lots of sympathy cards.  Some hand crafted by my fellow stamper friends, and some store bought.  The thing they all had in common, other than being sympathy cards, was that they were all heartfelt by the sender to me.  I treasure each one of them.

I’ve been pretty good about sending sympathy cards of my own but I could be better.  Having a few on hand helps.  So my card today is a sympathy card that was really quick and easy to create.  I’m hosting a Stamp-A-Stack later this month and this will be one of the options for the attendees to make multiples of if they choose.

Of course the stamp set is Heartfelt Sympathy, but can you tell where the flowers came from?   If you guessed the tree builder punch you would be correct.  There is a tiny flower and a tiny leaf as part of that punch and I used both in Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight to add a little bit to the stamp as well as some Pearls for the centers.

Thanks,
Lynn
