If you’ve been a frequent visitor to my blog you know that I’m a card maker and sometimes a 3D maker but not a scrapbooker. If you are like me, you enjoy making cards to send to your friends and family. But, even if you aren’t a scrapbooker, that doesn’t mean you should take advantage of the Memories and More products by Stampin Up. Sure, sure, there are albums, and pockets and journaling cards and all those great items you can use to create pocket scrapbook pages. But there are also these card bundles that are also perfect for making cards. Here, let me show you a couple.
THE PARTICULARS
- Both of these cards are made from Color Theory Memories & More Card Pack. (144210 $10.00). There are 72 total double sided cards. 52 are 3×4 and 20 are 4×6. Both of these sizes can be used on card fronts. There are even stickers, and some printed acetate cards to use as overlays.
- The Best things in Life card uses 3 cards from the card pack. Color Theory is designed around the 4 seasons, with blue generally for winter and snow but I thought it made an abstract beach with water for my beach chairs. The sun is a sticker from the card pack.
- I thought I had a long thin sentiment with Better Together but either I dreamed that or it never existed. Instead I found the sentiment from Sweet Cupcake stamp set. There is actually another word ‘ARE’ on that sentiment that I masked off.
- The You Make Me Smile card has a 4×6 piece cut down to 5-1/4 with just a few flowers, stamped and cut with the Colorful Seasons stamp and die bundle. A sentiment from that stamp set from and some gold cord finished it off nicely
