You can never have enough birthday cards. Everyone has a birthday and everyone likes to receive a card, even if they say they don’t. Petal Passion suite in the Occasions catalog delivers a soft pretty card for my post today. 
THE DETAILS
My card base is thick whisper white with two pieces of Petal Passion Designer Series Paper. All the paper from this collection is black and white but you will notice the smaller piece of DSP is definitely not just black and white. I used stamps and dauber to add color foe a more eye catching background
