I have several events coming up in the month of November: classes, club meetings, a trip to Atlanta for a Stamp Along with Brian Kink and Stampin UP as well as my ever-popular Holiday Stamp a Stack. I have been crafting and cutting up the paper like a storm to get prepared. 50 swap cards, 4 card designs for the stamp a stack, 3 designs for club and 3 designs for my class. Whew. At least I have my books on Audible to listen to while I work.
Today I’m sharing two cards my class will be making. I also made some extra to give to my mom to send this year. The star of the show is the Let It Snow DSP and the Let It Snow Embellishment Kit.
Two pieces of the 12 x 12 DSP are designed with rows of adorable snowmen each with glitter included. I cut the rows into strips and then into pieces either 5-1/4 x 2-3/4 or 4-1/4 x 2-3/4, depending on the layout of the snowmen. Then it was a matter of building a card around them.
Let It Snow Designer Series Paper
There are so many fun patterns on the opposite side of the paper it was easy to choose some to frame out the snowmen. I cut each piece of DSP to 1 inch by whatever the width of the card base was along with two pieces of Real Red. I popped up the DSP as well as the sentiment which I cut apart.
The Let it Snow Embellishment Kit…
…offers the best add ons with snowman arms, noses, hats, scarfs, mittens and even snowballs. There is also some sparkly tape for more fun accents.
Thank you for visiting today. Happy Halloween Tomorrow. I hope you treats are welcome and no tricks. Until Friday…
Happy Stamping
