Welcome to my first Sneak Peek for the new 2020-2021 annual catalog. This week Stampin’ UP! released the new upcoming annual catalog to demonstrators around the world. Customers will be able to order from this catalog June 3. I used several new products on my card today, Tasteful Touches Stamp Set, Tasteful Labels dies, In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, and a new Misty Moonlight In-Color ribbon. If you would like to order any of the products I used here today, consider joining my team as a hobby demonstrator. The joining offer of $125 of your choice of products for only $99 is excellent, but the ongoing discount of 20% makes it all worth it.
The card is chocked full of cool new things. Check out those images. I was ‘this many days old’ when I learned that a Wink of Stella brush can be used as a blender pen. I stamped both images in Night if Navy then used the Wink of Stella on the petals where the shading was drawn. It adds beautiful color and just a wink of shimmer.
The images are from the Tasteful Touches stamp set and are cropped with the Tasteful Labels dies. Here’s a closer look.
I cropped out several different layers from the die set until I found the ones I felt worked best on my card. So many to choose from. The layers all have double borders of either stitching or embossing. That means you can use the die cut portion or the negative for peek through designs.
I used another new product bundle for the sentiment. Lovely You and the Lovely Labels Punch. This punch is so unique. There are two shapes to choose from and three sizes for each shape. That means a total of 6 different punches in one. And, they can be as long as you need.
Each time you punch it trims an 1/8″ so to make my sentiment I cut the white at 1 x 3-1/2 and punched on both sides. The final length is 3-1/4. For the Night of Navy label I started with 3/4 x 3-1/4 and punched both ends for a final length of 3/4 x 3. They layer perfectly.
The background paper and ribbon are also new. The In Good Taste Designer Series paper is 24 sheets (instead of the usual 12) of wood grains, tile – like this one – even stone. So amazing for background crafting. I’m a sucker for Blue and White and grabbed this design first. I pairs fantastically with the new 2020-2022 IN- COLOR Misty Moonlight 1.4 ribbon. This ribbon is made of polyester but it feels and behaves like cotton. So easy to tie and lie flat.

Ooooo… I love the Blue! So pretty. I also like the detail on the edges of the die cuts. Thanks for sharing the new stampin things to come.
