I recently started her on my website that Man Cards can be tough. How to make a card that is just the right amount of cuteness but not too girlie. Well, I have created a Man Card today to share using the Stitched Triangles. I hope you like it.
I combined four main products to create this card: Stitched Triangles dies. (Yay! so happy we have that shape now available to use as well as all the others), Framed for you Stamp set, Happiest of Birthdays stamp set and In Good Taste Designer Series Paper. All of these products work well together especially with my color pallet
Layers:
- Thick Whisper White card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2.
- Misty Moonlight layer 4-1/8 x 5-3/8.
- Basic Gray 3-7/8 x 5-1/8
- In Good Taste Designer Series Paper 3-3/4 x 5 embossed with Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder
- In Good Taste Designer Series paper 2-7/8 x 2-7/8
- Four Stitched Triangles
- Frame
- Happy B-Day stamp heat embossed on Basic Gray and fussy cut
I stamped the Frame image from Framed for You with Misty Moonlight on a piece of thick whisper white. I used the thick since I would be popping it up with dimensional. I used a die from the Layering Squares die set to cut out the middle and fussy cut the outside.
Finally a great sentiment for the inside from Happiest of Birthdays. If you don’t already have a Birthday Sentiment Stamp set you should consider this one. I really like all the different sentiments in various styles.
Don’t you just love those Stitched Triangles? There are several different types of Stitched Triangles included in the set besides the Right Triangles I used here. Perfect for making banners or flags for sure.
