Fine Art Sneak Peek

December is a fun fun time for Stampin’ UP! demonstrators because we are able to preorder from the new catalog going live to customers on Jan 4. Today I’m sharing a sneak peek using the new Fine Art Suite of products and I’ll be sharing more sneak peeks throughout the month of December.

The fabulous thing about the Fine Art suite is the Designer Series Paper, all hand-painted then photographed by Stampin’ UP! artists. Within the suite, there is also a set of gold foil acetate sheets. Two of the three designs can be used as overlays to two of the designer series paper designs. I’ve done that here on my card. The gold foil acetate is laid over the top of the DSP on the background piece.

Fine Art Suite Coordination

The coordinating die-cut includes the words Just Want To Say as well as floral outlines and the postage edged labels. I used the Adhesive Foam Sheets with Gold Foil to make the words really pop up on the card front.

There are two floral stamps, one for background and one for detail. I used the detailed stamp on vellum with Versamark ink and powdered with Gold embossing powder then heateed with a heat gun. It looks great over top of a Calypso Coral underlay.

I’m really excited to experiment with the gold gilding flakes now available from Stampin UP! I may remake this card using them to really show the difference. Look for that in an upcoming post.

You can purchase your own sneak peek products by becoming a demonstrator. It’s risk-free with lots and lots of benefits. Join now and select from the new catalog as well as the annual catalog.
