Hello Ladybug in Yellow

Not all Ladybugs are red and black. At least not in my craft room. Today I’m sharing a cute, simple-ish card using the ladybug stamp set and coordinating Ladybug Builder punch. I just love a stamp/punch bundle for the price and ease of use.

I chose to make my own background paper using the body of the ladybug stamped in So saffron, with bumblebee ink dots on top. For this card, I used a piece of Soft Sea Foam from the Subtles 6×6 Designer Series Paper Pack on my card base. I used this card in a class and each person used a different color DSP and all of those Subtles look great.

Stamp the wings in Pool Party and the Dots in Bermuda Bay for a soft look paired with the So Saffron body and crop with the punch. Pierced Blooms dies added the little details of flowers and labels. Add some Blue Adhesive backed gems for some sparkle and shine.
