Christmas Banner Stamp/Die bundle is one of the best and most versatile included in the new mini catalog. I love how the sentiments can be mixed and matched to create just the right card for your holiday needs.
Christmas Banner Tips and Techniques
- Use your white craft ink pad and rub it on the side of the Fern Embossing Folder with the Stampin’ UP! logo printed on it. Insert a 3-3/4 x 5 piece of Garden Green cardstock inside the embossing folder and run it through your machine. The white craft ink will show in the background of the ferns. Adhere to a very vanilla card base with dimensional on an angle as shown.
- Die cut a piece of Painted Christmas DSP with the 4th largest Deckled rectangle die. Adhere to the card front with dimensional
- Add two vertical stips of tear tape or Seal + on the DSP. Use these to adhere the Real Red Ribbon to the DSP layering it left to right as shown. Add a piece of Real Red cardstock cut with the 2nd largest stitched circle from Stylish Shapes.
- Die cut the fern and leaf pieces from Garden Green and adhere at the top of the circle with glue dots.
- Stamp the double banner image from the Christmas Banner stamp set on Soft Sea Foam ink on Soft Sea Foam cardstock. Stamp the sentiment on the banner with Real Red. Die cut with the banner dies from Christmas Banner.
- Stamp holly leaves on soft sea foam cardstock with garden green ink. Stamp the holly berries with Real Red ink on Real Red cardstock and cut. Die cut with coordinating dies and adhere to the card front with liquid glue as shown.
