Sale-A-Bration (SAB) awesome time of year to build your paper crafting supplies free with purchase products. My card today uses Wonderful World, one of those products, a stamp/paper combo, that is free with a $100 purchase.
With the help of the Pretty Flowers embossing folder and the Stylish Shapes dies I created this card in just a few minutes. The beautiful large flower was cut directly from the Wonderful World paper using my paper snips. Or, if you have a Scan-N-Cut machine it makes quick work of cutting out all the various large flower images. This particular image was on the edge of the DSP so I used that to my advantage. I didn’t want to waste that image.
Did you notice the little pearl accents? Those aren’t actually pearls, they are Pearlized Enamel Effects, one of my very favorite new products in the mini catalog. There are three colors in the package, white, black, and red, and the liquid comes out smooth and easy. While I like to use them as pearls, they could also be used for outlines, snow, or any shape you chose to draw. NOTE – the liquid does need to dry so don’t put them on your project until it is finished, then set it aside where you, or anything else – like a cat, : ) won’t touch it.
