Merry Christmas everyone. The Big Bow die is the feature player here today. This card really came together in a snap, and may be my go to card for the season.
About my card
1. I used a half sheet of retired holiday paper from 2012 to create my bow. I had just enough left over to also create a cool envelope liner too. It could be made using any holiday paper, or change up the sentiment and its a graduation card, birthday, anniversary…..
2. A tip for putting the bow together: Glue Dot, Glue Dot, Glue Dot. I used those babies everywhere, otherwise I felt like the bow would not hold up to handling.
3. I used my new stripe embossing folder for the first time. Love how it adds to but doesn’t overpower the stripes in the bow.
Thanks for stopping by today.
Lynn

Very nice! Love that striped embossing folder & your color pallet! You’re lucky to have some of that pretty paper for this beautiful project!
You are so right about having that paper available. I purchased it last year then hoarded it. I can’t be the only one who does that!! This year though I’m cleaning it out.
