Spiral Notebook inspiration – Part 2

Some more of the spiral notebook covers I’ve been coming up with this week.  If these don’t sell at the craft show, I’m going to pick one to keep for use at work.  The rest….hmmm, I think my family will need cool notebooks for Christmas this year!

1. Mixed bunch stamp set and coordinating punch are center stage today.  I stamped them in Early Espresso on whisper white.  I punched another one in real red for a layer look.  Baked brown sugar and early espresso complete the layers.  I also sponged crumb cake around the edges of the retired DSP.  Final touch includes a red brad from a box store in the center of the flower.

2.  The notebook on the right has lots of colors going on, rich razzleberry, summer starfruit, pool party, tangerine tango and island indigo.  I managed to get them all in there using either paper, ink or ribbon.  Whew.  The DSP, which came out during Sale-a-bration last year, coordinated with a stamp set called Madison Avenue and with a now retired embossing folder.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Hope you are having a great week.

  1. These are really very nice, Lynn. Great to see some of those retired papers put to use. 🙂
