….to the old In Colors
In less than a month, the 2012-2014 In Colors we have come to love will be gone, possibly not forever, but at least for a year. Old In Colors have sneaked back in to our stead eddy colors on occasion. I have the new 2014-2016 In Colors on order this week – as a demo I can order some things before the general public can start ordering on June 2 – so I thought it would be a good time to start saying goodbye to these colors.
Each of the hexagons from Six Sided Sampler – a carry over stamp set in the new annual catalog available to order from on June 2 – is stamped with one of the 2012-2014 In Colors and punched with the Hexagon Punch, also carried over in the new catalog.
Summer Starfruit – looks yellow, could be even a pale green at times.
Raspberry Ripple – more pink than Cherry Cobbler, more red than Primrose Petals
Gumball Green – I think I’ll miss this one the most. I loved the bright green and how well it paired with most anything, especially Cherry Cobbler.
Midnight Muse – by itself it looked navy, until you put it next to Night of Navy and realized it wasn’t.
Primrose Petals – a dark pink that was the perfect spring flower choice.
I hope you have enjoyed my little retrospective of these colors. I’m sure they will sneak back in to my card making every so often while I still have paper and ink in my stash.
