Beautiful Bunch Hello

Today’s card is just fun.  I was going through my Big Shot dies and realized I hadn’t used the Hexagon Hive die in, like, forever.  Time to fix that.

I started with a piece of Bermuda Bay as my card base and used the die to crop out the front.  I repeated that with a piece of Cherry on Top DSP stack to get the colored pieces.  I selected another piece of Cherry on Top DSP to layer under neath.  I attached that piece to the inside of the card front and fit the Bermuda Bay piece over the top.

I used Watermelon Wonder ink on Watermelon Wonder paper with Beautiful Bunch for the larger flower and Flower Shop for the smaller.  Both were punched out with the coordinating punch Fun Flower and Pansy. (Both of these stamp sets and punches are available in a bundle which means you save 15% of the combo). I used the Bird Builder punch twice to create the leaves using Crushed Cumber paper

I used the Hello from the Greetings Thinlits also in Watermelon Wonder for the sentiment.   I used my White Gel Pen to highlight some of the flowers and the sentiment.  Stampin Up Beautiful Bunch Hexagon Hive AverysOwlery.com

Don’t forget the Inside.  I stamped the smaller Flower Shop flower on the inside panel. I punched out another from post it note paper to make a mask laid it over the first flower and stamped the flower two more times.

  1. Love the way you used the white gel pen here – what a fun accent! The Cucumber Crush patterned paper looks great behind the Thinlits die. Yippee!

  2. This is so cheery and bright! I really like your color choices.
