PICK YOUR COLORS

I like a pretty purple (Perfect Plum) and brown ( Early Espresso) together.  The green (Cucumber Crush) pulls it all together.

PICK YOUR TECHNIQUE

I used Watercolor paper for this card.  I stamped the leaves of the tree first, in Cucumber Crush, then stamped again without re-inking.  I then spritzed it with water so the colors would run.  I had to let that fully dry before stamping the rest because as I didn’t want the trunk. ground or sentiment to be runny.

I stamped a flower in Perfect Plum from a stamp set that I think was from a Paper Pumpkin kit.  Any small solid stamp flower would do though. The simple Thank You from the Thoughtful Branches stamp set finishes it off.
