Happy Blog Hop Day everyone. I almost didn’t make this hop. I returned home 24 hours later than planned from vacation due to flight cancellations. I had nothing ready for a Christmas Hop so I’m typing this at 6:00 PM the night before the Hop goes live in the morning. I do not like cutting it this short, but, that also means I had to whip up something cute and quick. That means you would be able to do this project quickly as well. Hope you like it.
This is also my second post of the day. Check out my earlier post titled Happy 5th Anniversary to Avery’s Owlery Here.
Welcome to InKing Royalty’s July Blog Hop! This year’s Blog Hop themes are inspired by popular songs – this month’s song is “IDon’t Want to Wait ’til Christmas.” We are half-way through the year, so there’s no better time to start thinking about the joy of Christmas. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
WISHING FOR CHRISTMAS PROJECT
How do you start a quick project? You use ready made supplies. I pulled out one of the Kraft Pillow Boxes as my base then started pulling out items to make a great tag.
There are lots of carryover Holiday/Christmas stamp sets available in the Annual Catalog. I chose Cookie Cutter Christmas (little secret, I never used this stamp set last year ) and the coordinating cookie cutter punch for Santa.
I used some some new products including the Broadway Lights thinlit dies available now, and some new Watercolor Pencils Assortment 2, coming soon. I topped it all off with a pretty bow in Granny Apple Green.
I cant wait to fill it with goodies and share with a friend.
THANK YOU
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Brian King at Stamp with Brian. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!
