Awe, a gift, for me?

I love the patterns in the Santa’s Workshop Designer Series Paper.  I’ve always been fond of Snowmen and this portion of the paper is just adorable.  I cased this card from the catalog, with a couple of changes.  You can see the original on page 18.

I started with the image from the paper of the elf and the snowman.  I cut it out with an Oval from the Ovals framelits.  I also used the same paper as the sample for the banners underneath

Instead of using a Garden Green card base I went with my favorite, pool party.  For some texture underneath I added the watermark stamp from Beautiful Blizzard also in Pool Party.

Now, for the Snowflakes, I did not have the Santa’s Workshop enamal shapes so instead I used the Blizzard Die from the Beautiful Blizzard bundle.  This single die makes a lot of beautiful snowflakes that I randomly placed on my card.

Do you see the Sentiment.  That and the snowflake underneath it are actually covering a part of the Designer Series Paper.  I stamped the sentiment and cropped it with my paper snips close to the words to layer over one of the snowflakes.

I hope you enjoyed my card today and will think how you can also COPY AND SHARE from the catalog as well.

  1. I love this card, Lynn! The title of this post is perfect – just what it appears the snowman is saying. <3
