June is a time to celebrate father’s and what better way than with Whiskey. I knew as soon as I saw this stamp set it would be on my purchase list because so many men in my family are whiskey lovers.
I used two new products to create my card, obviously the stamp set Whisky Business, but also a new die called Best Plaid Builder. It comes in a bundle with Best Year stamp set, another great sentiment stamp set. There are two dies included, each making the parts of a plaid. I layered crumb cake with Misty Moonlight, and Cinamon Cider.
I cut the Misty Moonlight down then layered the other pieces over and under. I snipped off the overhanging pieces with scissors.
I used a few Stampin Blends to color the decanter and the glass. I stamped the sentiment using Early Espresso then die cut it with the circle die from Tasteful Labels dies then snipped apart the words.
I like the sentiment ‘Straight Up your the Best’ for the inside.
