Today in much of the US is a yucky weather day. Here in central Ohio we had rain for over 24 hours, then freezing rain and sleet and soon we’ll have 3-6 inches of snow. I think that In the Moment stamp set, curled up with my dog, a book, and a cup of coffee is the perfect way to be good to myself.
The In the Moment stamp set is so fun to color. I used Stampin Blends in Soft Succulent, Cajun Craze, Misty Moonlight, Soft Suede, Cinnamon Cider, and Ivory. The rich colors really spoke to me with her all curled up like that.
I chose to finish off my card using the smallest hexagon dies from Beautiful shapes. I cut a whole bunch in my three main colors then started building the design on the piece of In-Color DSP that just happened to have hexagons on it too!. Tip – Layout the design first, moving things around until you are satisfied, then pick each piece up one by one and use liquid glue to adhere.
