Jingle Jingle Jingle

Christmas in July – of course. It’s almost the end of July and it’s time to make at least a few holiday cards before the month is out. The first stamp set I reached for was Jingle Jingle Jingle. This is a stand-alone stamp set, meaning no punch or die set to accompany it, but that doesn’t diminish its “fun-ness”.

One of my favorite color combinations is Pool Party and Real Red. Throw in a bit of Garden Green and you have the start of a great holiday card. Jingle Jingle Jingle is itching to be inked with these colors. It’s so fun to ink the outline with black and the filler stamp with colored ink.

I inked the outlined in black and stamped it sort of randomly down a piece of 5-1/4 x 4 piece of white cardstock. The real red cardstock behind is 3-3/4 x 5-1/2. I needed something to embellish the card and chose the Real Red ribbon from the Real Red and Garden Green ribbon combo – 159577. This would be a great card to create multiples of for your holiday card giving.
